I packed a light dinner for the flight in situation I couldn’t discover anything to eat at the airport, however Pot stomach caught my eye as well as I got a tuna sandwich for the very first leg of my trip. as well as I had a Biscoff for dessert ?
I felt truly guilty about eating that sandwich since I understand it’s high in calories/fat. Then, to make matters worse, the person in front of me in line bought a veggie sandwich – no cheese, dry as well as the person next to me on the flight ate his packed food.
Usually when you’re out as well as about in the world you are surrounded by people eating hamburgers as well as ice cream. Ani náhodou! I was next to a healthy vegan as well as it made me feel regretful of my “bad” choices.
Oh well, I bought what I truly desired as well as I requirement to totally banish “bad” as well as “good” from food choices. I really don’t label food such as this extremely frequently any type of more, however I had a day where I took a step backwards. It occurs to the very best of us I guess.
I had a short layover in Salt Lake City as well as when on my second flight brought out a lot more food. I felt really hungry, however I ran out of water on the very first 4+ hour flight as well as am extremely worn out – so I can’t be sure.
I had an apple, path mix as well as ate half my PB&J on a sandwich thin (no pic).
